A man has died while scuba diving off the coast of Massachusetts. The Plymouth District Attorney’s office says 57-year-old Robert Hayes, of West Brookfield, was unconscious when he was brought back to shore in Marshfield by a private boat at about 9 a.m. on Sunday. Coming from a fisheries biologist, the intrinsic (and correct!) assumption is that Sharks can be fished sustainably provided that they are being adequately managed.
